It's my WI tomorrow too - as I swopped to Friday's. So am hoping for a good 4lb'er.

I need 5lbs just to get back to we're I was. God it's depressing. Lol
 
Well as promised I weighed myself this a.m. and after the problem with Naproxen I have lost 9.5lbs.
WoooHoo, it was deffo water retention that held me back last week.
So onwards and upwards....:D

Just a quick note to let people know that I have altered my target downwards. My original target was to lose 10 stone, it is now to lose 12 stone 6lbs.
That will get me down to 15 stone and a BMI less than 30, which will be nice.

OK Folks its the end of week 17 and my loss for this week is -2.5lbs.
Thats a running Total of 77lbs so far (5 1/2 stone).
Am off to Dublin on Thursday for a long weekend so will be knocking myself out of Ketosis during the week so I can have a pint of the "black stuff".:7834:

For anybody remotely interested I will not be updating my diary for 2 weeks, as I am off to Dublin. Have been eating normally for a couple of days now (portions are much smaller).
And when I get back I will NOT be having a weigh in for 2 weeks, so that hopefully I will be back on track.
