Star week...twice??

I am just wondering if anyone else had changes to their star week when they lost weight? I've lost 12.5lbs in a month, but I didn't think that would affect it..however my star week ended monday and began again last night! Its always fairly regular so i'm not sure if its just related to weight loss or something else anyone experience something similar?

Yes I have...it's something to do with hormones being released from your fat stores so the quicker you lose weight the more hormones that flood your body. I was on vlcd before & it was a nightmare.

Weird you should say that actually! Since I've been losing weight, after the first stone I started getting * week every 2 weeks and its been going On for about 10 weeks now. Random as on my pill I never got them for about 3 years. I never put the two things together before. Could be coincidence or randomness. But will be interested to see what others think... X

Just googled it and indeed 'significant weight loss can be a trigger for irregular periods' - who knew?! X
