Hi all,
I've just stopped at a service station and had a Starbucks bistro box as it seemed the less evil of all the options. Had a black coffee on the side but am wondering if anyone can she light on the bistro box syn values.
The nv aren't on Starbucks website, I've checked, but ingredients were as follows:
Cherry tomatoes
Lettuce leaves
Skinless chicken breast shredded
Pasta salad in a red pesto dressing
A balsamic dressing (of which I used a teaspoon of to get the toms down me!!)
And thats it! I know it can't be that bad it's just annoying when the info isn't readily available online and I'm trying to be good
At the mo I've gone for 2.5 (which is what it says a tbsp of red pesto dressing is) online. I don't think I had anywhere near this amount but thought if I round up it would cover for any hidden nasties.
Will probably put 3 down for it unless anyone on here knows better?
