Starkissed's taking control and getting to goal :) Sw Food Diary!!

Hello :]

I have wrote these new thread intro posts so many times....most certainly gives you an idea of how many times I have started/restarted a new diet! I am fed up of flactuating between the same 10lbs...never getting to goal, and never achieving that feeling of pride in myself of getting where I want to be weight wise! I am ALOT happier in myself compared to where I was in summer 2011, weighing almost 13stone, being in the obese bmi category...to now being in the 11's, wearing a size 12 and actually not hating what I see in pics! However I really want to wrap up my journey now, get to goal and start trying to maintain. Something which i am an extreme fail in!

I usually lose weight, get comfortable then instead of maintain...start my love affair with chinese and cheesecake all over again and gain! So i am setting myself a target of this xmas to be 10 and a half stone and be happy to wear a little xmas party number :)

I am going to be weighing in on a saturday morning at home and I will update my food diary everyday, even if I am naughty...which is something I previously have avoided :/

Hi hun, just subscribing :) like you this is my 3839403830183th restart so hoping I can actually finish a diary and get to goal this time lol.. Chinese and cheesecake are also my weaknesses, along with a few other synful things ;-) hopefully we can do this properly this time! Xxx

Thank you Hun :) determined to do it this time! Need to see it more as a lifestyle change rather than a diet I think that's the key for me! X

Well my first two days didn't go as we'll as I had planned as i have been off work with a terrible kidney infection :( on antibiotics and thankfully the pain has subsided a bit now! So today is officially day one! Weighed in this morning at an embarrassing 11 stone 10.4lbs so I am back to my sw start weight! But gutting but going to use this as motivation to get my act together

Hope you're feeling better darling, kidney infection does not sound pleasant :( you will be several pounds lighter this time next week so don't be too disheartened, you know the plan works when it's done 100% :) Xxxx

Concentrate on getting yourself better first hun you have to be in the right mind set to diet and your health is more important hope your ok xx
