Omg - tried to start again last week and failed big time! I started on Sun and by Mon evening I had a bowl of takeaway Chinese! Since then I had 2 big bowls of pasta, a hot dog, burger and chips, kopperberg, beans on toast and a roast dinner. What is wrong with me?? I am so disappointed with myself. I weighed myself and I've still lost 6 pounds but why did I do it? Grrrr!
Back on it big time tomorrow. Need to get my head back in it. Got my water stash, dr pepper and coke zero, tea bags and sweetners! Wooo!
