Start all over again!!!!!!!

Hi everybody,

I've started SW last year and was doing not too bad (lost 1.5stone) and then Xmas came in a way and I just stopped going. Joined again 2 weeks ago and already missed 1 sesssion due to illness- taking steroids and antibiotics now which makes me sooo hungry and I've been eating bad over the last 2 day!!!! :break_diet:

I need to get my head around it and prepare the plan of action!!!! Need to lose 3.5 stone as I hate being fat and depressed:-:)cry:
I really need to pull myself together and start fresh and get motivated.

Have to do it thius time!!!:fingerscrossed:
Any tips anybody??

Same here. Fallen off the wagon and it really sucks. I will start all over after Valentine Day, 'cause I am making a cake.
Hang in there.
My strategy includes:
1. Measuring out daily food ration.
2. Keep a daily food journal and predict daily events when will power will be tested.
 
Thank you for the tips- started my first food plan for this week and managed to get rid of all chocolates and sweet stuff from the house- sent it with my hubby to his work:) I have been really careful with my food and haven't had any syns yet!

And what cake are you making???? Xxx
