Start CWP Sole Source tomorrow

Hi there guys.
I’m starting. CWP for the first time tomorrow, all sachets bought and lined up in the kitchen ready.
I’m 5ft 4, weigh 14st 2lb and desperately want to lose 3 stone in the next 12 weeks. Feel quite excited about it all, now I have decided to take control of my weight and do something about it!

Day one.
Started well, made original porridge for breakfast, surprisingly sweet. More surprising is that it wasn’t too bad (hate porridge normally) and it kept me full until late morning
Lunch time and tried the veg soup with croutons! Never to be repeated, smelt and tasted like vomit!
Water went down well through the day, as well as several black coffees (normal for me)
Tea was by far the best of the lot - Spaghetti Bolognese packet meal for tea! Tasty and filling , although the portion size was a shock.
All in all, good start to the diet, but hey, it’s only day one!
