Hi I would personally get s mix of everything on your first week then you can find out which ones are your favourite for the rest of your time. Most consultants let you go back and swap some if there is some you really don't like. I found the tetra,s to be the nicest shakes but not as filling as any of the other products. Good luck x

I'm at a friends house and have left my tetra pack at home the last one got the day , it has Ben very tough but all your comments are so motivating ps as I type my friend pulls out an aero mint bar infront of me lol just told her to leave the room !!!
