hi everyone, been doing calorie counting but decided to start ww tomoz, i,ve worked out i'm allowed 21 points a day (hope thats right) :D want to get down to under 10 stone for the summer, not loads to lose but my problem is maintaining it :( always seems to creep back on and as i'm getting older it's becoming harder to loose!
