You'll be surprised at the amount of energy you will have once ketosis kicks in. You need a positive frame of mind otherwise you will find yourself subconsciously sabotaging yourself.
The last time I did LL, I was working in a Chinese restaurant and bar so I was on my feet all night and didn't finish work til 3 but I was ok, if anything I was better. This time around I'm doing a degree course with a 19 month old baby and it's hard but doable.
