Started great, now I'm stuck!

I've been doing pretty well at the weight loss. Dropped from a 20 to a 16 which is much more comfortable - but now I'm stuck! I haven't lost in 4 weeks and it's getting embarrassing to go to the classes. This is the weight loss issue that usually stops me in my tracks and I give up, but I really want to succeed this time.
Any advice would be appreciated!!

Yes maybe try less cals a day, just for a week. The new mag has "lose 7lb in one week" article by having alternate days of 1200, 1000, 1200 etc. May be worth a go (although think i would be starving) ;-)
I'd try going back to 1200 calories for a week and upping your exercise if you can. Also I like to try and vary my meals and have different things each day so it's a nice change from the same old meals id normally stick to. xxx
