thanks guys for replies.just weighed but i have stayed the same.i am quite pleased with that considering i have just changed over to eat food.as since the middle of august i was on the cambridge.hope everyone is enjoying this weather i am when all my family are home safely.all the best guys for this coming week.x

thanks keirasmummy,I have sts for 2 weeks now but I did go out on Saturday evening with some of my family for a toby carvery only small meal and no sweet.heres to the coming week.all the best to you as well.x
