    And love love love them!!! Only 3 20min workout each week! They are really fun, not necessarily easy, but when I've finished I was on a high and really wanted to do some more! Really loving it and also got hubby to buy a heavy one and do it with me! Gave the kids a laugh anyway

    Ps if anyone is interested, there is a thread on here called the secrets to shaping up with a load of people inspired by the lady who started the thread, have started using them and the results seem fab!
