I did my first 5k race yesterday, so going to be starting B210k this week. My first run will be Wednesday.
Are you using a program to train, C210k, B210k?

I found one on here so i am not sure which one it is. It is over 3 weeks and the first week is 5 mins warm up, then run 10 min / walk 1 (repeat 4x).
