Moved up from Step 2 to Step 3 this morning.

Had a boiled egg and slice of toast for breakfast - didn't want to brush my teeth this morning as I would lose the taste of food

Feeling OK so far, my aim for the next 2 weeks is to stabilise, if I lose any weight it will be a bonus - the aim is to not put any on.
