Started Step 3

Moved up from Step 2 to Step 3 this morning.

Had a boiled egg and slice of toast for breakfast - didn't want to brush my teeth this morning as I would lose the taste of food :eek:

Feeling OK so far, my aim for the next 2 weeks is to stabilise, if I lose any weight it will be a bonus - the aim is to not put any on.

mmmmmm............. food.

I bet it was wonderful to eat brekkie again after all this time. keep us posted Leehal with what you are eating and your losses. Im sure it will help others that are nearly ready to move up the steps.

good luck with step 3, u should still be able to lose on this step, i know when i started on this step it felt really wierd to be eating more normally and thought i wouldnt lose anything but i did :D
