And well done for finally taking the plunge!
Ive done exactly the same today.
I Got prescribed my Xenical by the Gp Back last year and ive been putting and putting them off for some time now.
it finally got to the point where im so unhappy with the way i look i decided i needed an extra bit off help.
Ive never dieted before but i found today pretty easy although right now i am craving a chocolate brownie lol
but im filling up on water instead.
