Starting 1000 on Monday

    So I have done 11 weeks of SS/SS+ and starting the 1000 plan on Monday.

    Any wise words for me ?

    So scared of feeling hungry again x

    Plan ahead...drink your water...stick with low carbs and you will be grand:)

    yep i agree with Mini the 1000 is lovely lots to eat and enjoy.! no need to be scared at all, keep your 2.5 litres up.!

    maybe add exercise too. good luck x

    thanks I'm already doing the 30 day shred and drink 3l a day I've been doing SS+/810 this week and it feels so strange. x

    Cambridge SS from April
    I've been on the 1000 for a few weeks and it's lovely! Stupidly I have succumbed to Christmas goodies in the last fortnight and had a tiny gain, but feel confident about getting back on track. I was actually struggling a bit to make my 1000 cals up some days!
