starting a low carb diet

    depressingly weighing 182lbs, how yuck....started a lowcarb diet, the only type of diet that works for me. have tried them all most fail!have lost 3 stone on low carb diet before but let it all creep back up again!! would like to weigh 140lbs by september!

    does anyone know if Cho Yung Tea increase weightloss by much?

    Can't comment but i do take green tea each day and I can't complain (diet is going well but don't know how much is down to supplements).

    Good luck on the low carb diet. My somatotype suggested this and it has made a big difference to my eating habits with few cravings (although I do look forward to my Dominos each Friday).
