Starting a new CD diary....

Well, morning all. I have another diary on mini's in the WW section as that was the last diet I was doing - but I need to move it as there is way to much mentioning of lovely food over there!!

Started last Monday on CD so this is my weigh in day and was chuffed to have lost 6lbs this morning - but even more chuffed with my inch loss. :D:D

Feeling very motivated - and, as you can see from the ticker - have a Christmas Challenge (as it was 50 days to Christmas day when I started) to be back to where I was by then.

So far, so good. Fought a couple of Haribo battles during the week - and won both - my will was greater than their attraction. Let's hope I can keep it up.

Was at a gym competition yesterday with my daughter and still managed to hold out in the face of lovely "tuck shop" type food being around.

She did really well. Individual silver and the team got gold. We were really chuffed.

Having tomato soup at the mo for the first time. Not sure. I dont dislike it but its kind of odd....

Day 9. Found out on the forum last night that I could only have ONE teaspoon of water flavouring per day! I have it in all my water and I have been having 3 litres a day. Nightmare. I find drinking plain water a torture - will it affect me really badly? Any advice appreciated.

Was really picky and nibbly last night so had some tuna. No carbs and loads of protein so should be fine I think.

I tend to use 1.5 teaspoons of the flavouring a day , which is plenty to flavour 3 litres for me :) I know some CDCs say you can have as much as you want , but offically you should only have 1 .... up to you really , I cannot drink plain water so am happy to have a little extra as its less damaging than not drinking enough
