Hi everyone. It has been a while but I am back, I am big.
I am really in the right mind set to do it this time. I have got more time to exercise too.

Not doung so much work so I have no excuse.

Welcome back. I'm a returner too. Ive been back for a week on the forum and back on plan for 6 days and counting. Joining a new SW group tomorrow with a friend for a fresh start.

We are very similar Faye, I have also gone from a size 10/12 to a size 16 and I hate it. So desperately need to get back down a couple of stone and dress sizes!
And like you, I used to love coming on here and doing SW last time around. For me it's been about 3 years since I was last on here but as much as I loved it, it took up far to much of my time. So I have promised myself I won't let it take over my life like it did last time round.

When were you last on here?
