Starting again tomorrow

I've been on and off cwp so many times it's not funny, if I'd stuck to it in the first place, I wouldn't be stuck in this rut AGAIN!! But starting tomorrow and getting it right for the last time.. If i don't do it this time, I'm getting my mouth sewn shut!!!

Not too bad.. i lose 8lb at mondays weigh in.. and 1lb since monday so im happy with that!
