Thanks guys!! I have started today this is what I had any tips would be helpful as really want to loose 4 stone!

I am following original plan!

HE A - 350ml skimmed milk
HE B - 2 weetabix, 2 alpen light

Grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, free bolognese sauce (no tomatoe puree) stirfry vegetables, fat free yoghurt, orange and apple.

Syns - curly wurly 6 syns
