HE A - 350ml skimmed milk
HE B - 2 weetabix, 2 alpen light
Grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, free bolognese sauce (no tomatoe puree) stirfry vegetables, fat free yoghurt, orange and apple.
