I switched to sparkling water today and added some powder. Didn't help much. I mean, it's still water isn't it? Forced down maybe 1.5 litres or so.

I am in ketosis now according to the little stick I weed on earlier. I thought this was meant to make you feel less hungry? It so doesn't!

What do you do that means you talk for 8 hours a day?! The mind boggles - poor you!
 
Im going to do the water tmo i have to have to have to. This is why my losses lower and prob a big reason why all the weight crept on! Assistant bank manager, if im not with staff its customers! Ive had branflakes wi banana and two bars all after 6pm tonite n a cheeky pack wotsits today. I dont feel any slimmer tho. I dont think ill hit ketosis i must have in first two wks but now eating lots more. But still bein sooo much healthier and lost every week. Have u told ur friends yet GG? U wont be on this much longer!! X x
 
I love Wotsits. I have 6 packets in my cupboard. They are, however, for my children, not me. Thinking about them now though!

Not sure if I feel any slimmer either? I certainly feel emptier! A bit 'hollow.' I have only told my best pal - daren't tell my boyfriend! I have just said that I am low carbing.

I want to come off it as soon as I hit the 10 something mark - but I have a feeling that that is still some way off. I have not been ten stone something for 6 years so it'll feel really weird. If I ever get there.

Hard innit? Good to have support though.
 
Its well hard. Im kind of on my own variation of the plan but hopefully ill be right on plan in a few weeks. My work suit is hanging off which is good but i really have been quite healthy this week so think a cheeky wi tmo is in need. Im away on a girls hol in two weeks for a wk, i think when i come home from that ill really get stuck in. I dont really care what weight i get down to i started at size 20 id say judging by clothes now im a size 16/18 but size 12 is the dream! What u aiming for? Xx

Woo - well done! I have just weighed too [ norty, norty ] and am 11 st 9 this morning. Started at 12 st 4 so... 9lbs off so far? That's OK I suppose, considering I went on some mad carb binge last weekend that lasted a good 4 days before I came round and stopped myself!

I suppose ultimately I'd love to be a size 10. Am currently a 12/14 - so all my tops, knickers, cardis etc are a 12 but at least half of my jeans are a 14. This is due to where I carry all of my weight - my tummy! I suppose I'd settle for being a size 12 all over though.

Well ive went right off the wagon today! Prob had about 2500 cals. Tmo n Sun n Mon doing sole source to try limit damage! Hope u had healthy day? Xx
 
Oh poor you - what made you go off the wagon?

For me, it was introducing food. It made me realise that I just cannot combine the two. I either SS or i diet in a more 'conventional ' way.

Right thing to do is draw that line under it and tomorrow is a new day

Ohh i just gave in! Enjoyed every bit. Only had bran flakes and banana today. Have bar or two if needed later and gna repeat Sun then Mon 7pm! Hope ive lost 2/3! How are u? Xx

Well, 'good' might be pushing it. I have seen another day out but am, quite literally, starving. Yet in ketosis. Go figure. Just holding on for WI on Monday. Not that will make a huge difference... I shall still see this plan as a torture.

Do you feel like it's out of your system now or still struggling today?

I'd like some Bran Flakes and a banana

I think because i have so much to lose im not completely depriving myself, ive changed some v bad habits already, small things to others but huge to me, cant wait to wi tmo 3 would be amazzzing but my day of pure badness may stop that. Step 3 is def best for me half products half food. Holiday two weeks tomorrow! Times ur wi tmo? Xx

I don't think I could do half and half - purely because I tried it the other week and binged in a most spectacular fashion!

I made a mistake! I actually lost 8lbs this week!

2 lbs is amazing considering that this is your 'bad' week.
