Hoping that by starting my own diary it will keep me on track...I have done every diet under the sun, and today I am trying slim fast for the first time. Here goes!!

B slim fast shake
L slim fast shake
D low fat home made chilli

S pkt low fat crisps, apple, slim fast snack bar

Dinner fagitas 2 tortilla low fat

Snacks low fat crisps, shake, 75 kcal can of weight watcher soup.
