Starting all over again!

Okay so exactlty 2 years ago, i went on lipotrim... I lost a stone in 3 weeks but came off it soon after. for some reason i can never stick on a diet for more than 3 weeks so that is going to be my biggest challenge.
I left the diet weighing 13st 2, I now weigh 16 stone . I jhave lots of scars on my tummy and my esteem has hit rock bottom.
This time round my friend is doing it as well so we can motivate each other.
My 21st is on the 25th feb. I would love to fit in my size 18 dress by then

Good luck for your restart. I know what you mean, I'm finding the third week tough too. I think that's when it becomes reality and not a novelty. I'm sure you'll do well, good luck x
