Just letting you know I am still here and going strong! :D
I had loads of energy yesterday which I needed as we had friends for dinner! I had made them a lovely chocolate and raspberry cheesecake for dessert but I had a fat free yoghurt! :D
I didn't mind not eating the same things as them but isn't it typical that starting Dukan falls on the same week as having to cook a 3 course meal I won't eat!
I am finding I am eating pretty much the same things every day but I am cool with that as I am a creature of habit!
 
I like the sound of that cheesecake <what am I saying?!>

So... what are you eating? Have you tried the galette yet?
 
Well in the morning I have scrambled eggs and smoked salmon then lunchtime I have grilled beef with a dollop of cottage cheese. In the afternoon some smoked salmon then for dinner again beef with cottage cheese (told you i am a creature of habit!) then i have some from frais with oatbran and a spoon of canderel. For a snack i have the odd muller light (now only the vanilla ones - boo!)
Not tried the galette yet but I will be doing soon!
