I was having chocolate craving so I got 2 cambridge choc bars fir Friday and saturday night It felt good lol so when I get weighed today I'm getting 7 bars lol and going to try mix a mouse good luck today xxx

I think I'll do 3 shakes From next week as it's my first week don't want to make it very difficult 4 myself. I got to last 5 weeks. I have to loose 2.5 stones to get to 7.5stones. I hope I can loose a stone in 1 week like how u did when I start 3 shakes only. Will be a milestone for me.

im on day 3 too, im feeling okay today, not felt hungry much.

stay strong you can do it!
its worth it for the results, just try and drink some water or maybe a black coffee, will fill you up a bit

Thank. I went out to the mall today and only had water till midday hence the struggle feeling a little better nw. Thanks for your words of encouragement.

Going to go to the gym in an hours time. I keep telling myself Ivan do it

Am really disappointed. I weighed yesterday I had lost 3 pounds n today I have put it all back on. How is it possible? Am doin exactly the same thing n even exercising more feel really down I thought I would have lost 6pounds by this morning. Starving myself got no reason

I felt the same way but Hun stop weighing urself! The only time u get an accurate reading is 1st thing in the morning! Weight yo yo's through out the day!! What are u doing again is it ss do ur weight week by week x

Hey m getting new scales tonite so hopefully tomorrow morning I will see some result. I weigh myself in the morning only before drinking or eating.

I end up having 1 shake n a meal of protein with less than 300 cals. I can't seem to have more than 1 shake as it's nearly 500ml as I like mine watery nt thick n have my 2l of waters. I jus hope it's my scale.

Will go to the gym n hopefully will see some results tomorrow

I felt the same I was weighing my self at home and was getting disappointed but when I got weighed by my councilor I lost 6lb so this week I'm staying of my scales keep going xxxx

I got a new weight-watchers scale so hopefully it will help. I will weight myself once a week going forward will try
 
I used to get weighed about 5 times a day! My boyfriend has now taken them off me so I can only get weighed once a week which is good because then you can see a more significant weight loss rather than just little bits of pounds.
And it also means I'm a bit excited for Mondays!

Hey anyone hear of lipastyle simmer to liposuction but is done with ultrasound. Heard it help u drop a size in 6 treatments so it on groupon n very curious
