I have started today too. Had the porridge..... not the nicest but got thru it wi water!! On a course today wi a free lunch so got my water and choc mint shake wi me. Will I be able to pour the powder into water and shake???? Good luck everyone. Jude x

Hiya welcome I'm on week 2 I had my first weigh in yesterday and lost 8lbs so chuffed! I just need to get the hang of drinking this water I can only manage 1.5ltrs

Made rut thru the free lunch. Surprisingly full of energy and not hungry. Already managed my 2 litres of water. Bit daunted by prospect of at least a month on ss still..... x
