Have you been on the official site to get your 'true' weight and the number of days on attack?
Don't forget your daily oatbran on attack (1 1/2 tbs) and then once on cruise you can add in wheatbran (1 tbs per day) and increase the oatbran to 2 tbs.
OK, from experience -
If possible, get rid of all non-Dukan foodstuff. If you have a family to consider, then I'd separate your food if you can so they don't pinch yours and you're not tempted to dip into theirs

At least 1 1/2 litres of water a day, you'll feel rough if you don't drink enough.
No more than 2 egg yolks per day although whites are unlimited.
Have stocks of protein so that you're not caught short (tinned tuna/crab/prawns and plenty of eggs in the fridge).
Dairy is limited to 1 kilo/max/day (skimmed milk, muller light flavoured yogurts - think vanilla ones are OK, 0% fromage frais, etc) although less is better (and milk up to 250 ml to be taken from your total dairy allowance).
Have a good look at the recipes on here and elsewhere, will stop you getting bored.
