starting extra easy plan

Hi,

I have just joined as decided to start extra easy slimming world plan tomorrow and thought it might be a good idea to check in to help keep me on track.

I have done it before and so I know it works but just need to keep focused this time.I will be aiming to cut out alcohol this week to give e a good start.

hopefully I will loose at least 1IB this week!

plan for breakfast:
porridge oats (B)
fruit-berrys and banana
milk- (A) 250ml semi skimmed

I just started on November 7th... Down 3.5lb so far... How are you getting on?
