    Small glass of water
    Mug of hot water and lemon juice
    Glass of water
    Coffee with sweetener and skinny milk

    Baked beans and boiled egg with slice of Spelt bread. Glass of water and another coffee later:)
    Small fruit salad
    Two glasses of water
    Greek salad
    Muller light
    Cup of tea
    Satsuma
    Two spoons of pasta & veg
    Cup of tea and glass of water
    Free chips, egg, beans and asparagus plus 10g low fat cheese & ketchup
    SW half syn cheesecake, one mikado 3 syns. And glass of water and tea:)
