Starting in the morning

Hey all,

As the title says I'm starting in the morning, my packs arrived this afternoon and I've just done my starting measurement will be doing starting photos with my starting weigh in tomorrow but...

I was planning on have a last supper meal tonight. What ever I want before I start but does anyone know how long lbs from a blow out rakes to show on the scales, will it really make much difference to my weight, and if so will it be there before my weigh in tomorrow or is it going to take a few day to show the effects

I've never really thought about the effects of a bad meal before hence why I'm doing this diet
 
Hey everybody's different some people cut carbs etc I won't lie I had a blow out having pizza as pizza dough makes me feel bloated for a day or so which worked for me. Stick with it and remember its not forever food will exist after :) good luck !!
 
I went for a carb overload, tuna pasta was extremely yummy, I'm all ready and excited to start in the morning
