    Yep, consultation done on Friday night and I'm now on day 2.

    2 stone to lose. I can do this.

    It's not been much fun this weekend! All I can think about is food. But the products so far have all been nice. I'm trying to ignore the hunger.

    Very brave of you to start at a weekend, although you will be well into it by the next one so just keep going. Day 5 has always been a bit of a stickler with me, you think you're over the worse and them wham! Lol. Get past that and you're flying. Keep strong. Good luck. X
