starting monday!!

starting on total solutions on Monday any help,advice or words of encouragement most welcome.Seems pretty daunting but i`m pretty determined.

Hi oxopop,
I'm starting a plan tomorrow, not the same one as you, but just wanted to say good luck given that we're starting our 'journey's' at the same time. I'm planning to join Scottish Slimmers, what is Total Solutions? I think i've done them all in the past lol! But not heard of that before.

its a vlcd similar to lighterlife but cheaper lol.total meal replacement packs three times a day and lots of water!
