Starting my slim and save journey 1st jan 2014 if the pack arrives by then...

Day 5 of restrrt...thibking of avin four shakes : Cafe latte Caramel Chocolate Toffee Or : toffee cookies n cream and caramel n chocolate.:::im going to turn it into a paste n gna pop it in the freezer for a short while yum n gna turn one od them into a paste bar of too....see. As the weather is soo lovely :)....herez hopin they wikl come out nyc lol the bar wil b to have with green tea no xtras tdai at all gna save the jelly for tues or sumt lol even tho shudnt reli mke ne diff on scales cz they sooo loowww in cals br hmm wikl seee xxx

Im on a fast today 4 shakes no extras? Should take me to just over 500 cals and 20g of carbs for the day. Gd luck. Nice n sunny.

how did today go - I sometimes find four shakes quite difficult in the hot weather water just seems so good

is it your weigh in day tomorrow

Sorry been awol js been reflecting on this diet trying to keep myself motivated n stick it out and try n stay away from the scales....talked to hays the stupid woman caught me off guard totally goes to me tht i dont sound convincin nuf cz i goes ina studyin for my cipd :( talk abt doin me over was totallly unexpected...she advised me to reli think abt it abt whether reli wnt this or go into h.r specifically cz cipd is a specialised qualification. Ima well confused nw cz initialy wnted to go with recruitment as a strtin point think tht came cross in ma answer n she goes u dnt need ne quals for recruitment and also if ima spendin tht mucg time b money on cipd would i not wana go into h.r at some point in the future...so mny moments of wntig to break n cave so many....lost cout ?? day six of squaf challenge hopin this aint gna mke ma thighs bigger bt smaller...waitin to hear bk frm two other companies....wt kinda answe can one giv its like u cnt win if u gt quals or if u have gt quals :s :( ma last day at wrk here nw wonderin if it was the rite decision bt felt rite after thinkin abt it loads.....she asked me wt did i think the recruitment role was abt n i tols her i jno tis sales related etc...she goes there is a 360 consultant role available bt thts in leeds so mite nt even go there...i strted off feelin confident bt tht dadt woman has reli thrown me off....she finished uni n went into recruitment hw else does onen do it hw can one knoq what the future holds reli n truly espec in job scenario? Sorry guys :( xxxx and plus felt like was constantly complaining going round curcles n doin youse heads in so took a step bk luv y'all xxx

Glad you're OK. She is only one woman and bear in mind she has to choose the best person for the job. She has to check that you are serious. Like I said they do crossover and it's good experience but it's very different to HR because of the sales. A lot of people don't realise that. That said the turnover in recruitment is huge so if they had you for a year it would be fine. Just keep going there are lots of companies recruiting for consultants - you only need to find one employer.
 
I agree with Clinquant (she's very wise). Don't let one woman make you doubt yourself. Keep going, you will find the right job for you.

As for doing our heads in, I don't think anyone thinks that. This is your diary and you can go around in as many circles as you like and write exactly what's in your mind at anyone one time......and then change it 2 minutes later if that's what you want to do. If someone doesn't like it they can stop reading! Writing stuff down obviously helps you get through this and that is a good thing, stick with it. Read back your first few pages and look at how far you've come.

Phew! ((((hugs))) lots of them. Agree with Slim Kat it's your diary and you can write as much or as little as you want. As ever great advice from Clin and chin up and keep going. I am in awe of you sticking with it and not caving in. STOP and think how empowered you feel about being in control when you could so easily have self sabotaged due to the stress you are under? Just fantastic. x
 
Aww thanku ladies for puttin me bk into perspective :)....reli nt hungry tdai at all....the scales scales scales i kno i will say it all the time tht i willl nt n did manage for two days lmaoo....they stil hoverin 10.2 a 10-3 i wil nt giv up hope bt have also mind has come to a mind numbin standstill so will js stik to shakes green tea n water n js hope for the best...at a tiny bit of loss aa to hw cnt b losin on such less cals baffled is nt the wrd lol bt never fear gt js abt seven weeks left n wt have i reli gt to lose other then possible weight by stickin to it....so wil stik it out n as for the job hunt will nt giv up nw gt free time will bug the hell out of these agencies till they get it thru their heads that i am a gd nuf candidate to put forward for bludy paid work lmaoo....the weather is nyc missed day 6 of squat challenge so fna day 6 in mrning n day 7 later in evening fit bth in....walked it hme frm work enjoyin the walks feel gd once each walk is done hehe....gna b walkin to boots n then bk into town other way gna b follin up two water bottles so wil ab plenty of fluid...all in the hope tht by sundau weigh in or mon will finally see the nines....herez hoping....omg broke a pair of small size 10 jeans accordin to ma sis mortified isnt even the wird the zip doesnt come up gutted cz they were ma goal jeans.....hmm think tried yankin them up bit too hard ???? bt mite keep them nehuu js to wait it out n see if they will one day eventually slide up ma bum and hips....strted last tues restrt so tdai is day 8 of the restart.... Oh and have also finally fwnloaded fitness pal bt have no idea wtsoever hw to use it lmaoo so ne tips of directions lol b muvh apreciated thrt it will help me nw as well as in the future for maintainin once have gt the hang of it tht is loool reli nt tecky lmaoo n also have bioked ma first drivin lesson for this sat soo xcited lol stil dreadint he theory lol cx

You sound very hardcore with the squat challenge. I might join you, I could do with toning up now I think.

My fitness pal is good. Has all the slim and save stuff in. It's quite straight forward, have a play, don't think you can break it ;)

Hey kat yh join me with it i could do with a bud hehe..i am determined this time to actually get to day 30 haha....yh i love the caramel salted n the gingerbread too :) ur doin soo well on ur loss hun ima bit jel bt well happy for u as well hehe....reli hope get a bit of a whoosh or sumat lol....hopin the dquat challenge wil mke me thighs smaller n nt bigger lol i tend to do them quite quickly dnt kno if i shud b holdin them at the end of each squat at the bottom hmmm??? Lol bt do feel it in thighs n calves tho lol so hopin it doin sumt lol x

And nw its suggestin in eatin too few cals n tht i need to up it cz the onli option was to lose 2lb a week :/ well confused lol....n tht i shud b 9.2 in abt five weeks roughly hmmm xxx
 
Its really off point lol, if i followed that id still be trying to get to goal, not sure if its worked for anyone else but it didnt for me lol, it told me om consuming too few calories and my body would go into statvation mode, mfp isnt suitable for vlcd's because we go into ketosis and use less calories.

Ok let's buddy up with this, I'm a few days behind you, but count me in.

And don't be jealous, be determined. ;) Stick with it, you'll be in the nines in no time.

Squats should make them smaller. And I believe as long as you can feel it, it should be working
