starting on friday

hello everyone,

just wanted to say hi! im starting exante total on Friday once everything arrives.

i did lighterlife about a year ago and lost an amazing 3 stone in 3 months, met my partner and manage to put it all back on in 9 months !!

I hate feeling like this when i know i can look and feel so good so its all about the exante for me for now.

when i did lighterlife before this site basically got me thriught it was such a source of inspiration but i never made a post but this time i want to be vocal and shout about the highs and no doubt the lows and offer my words of advice as a second (but last???) time!!
