Hi i've been for an introduction meeting today and I'm keen to start LLL but my counsellor wont start me till monday is there any way i can get my body into ketosis over the weekend.
Mmm you can stop eating bread, potatoes, starchy/sugary vegetables... but you probably won't go into ketosis just by doing this... it's a combination of a bunch of things.. but by cutting out the carbs over the weekend you will make the ketosis stage come a lot quicker and the transition will feel easier.
