Starting out

We all want big losses. Just don't do what I do and get disillusioned when you don't lose big amounts each week. I've given up so many times because I was disappointed with small losses. (Lack of willpower doesn't help either!)

I don't want to sound like an old git, but slowly slowly wins the race. Try and enjoy your weight loss journey as there will be weeks where your losses either are low, or don't appear at all and you need to keep positive in order to keep going.
