Hi, i am restarting my slimming world journey once again. my friend used to run the group i attended but has now given up. i am having a go at the weight loss programme myself using the family Wii Fit to do my weekly weigh in. I keep a food diary of everything i eat and have lost 10lb so far. I am so happy to have access to this wonderful site for lots of support and recipes and new food stuffs to try.
