Ok so I'm well knowledged in these diets...
Lighterlife
Lipotrim
Exante
Been there and tried them, up and down up and down! I've taken the last 6 months to reboot, reach a decision in my own time rather than frantically look for a quick fix.
I have to say I've finally reached a decision to go back to lipotrim. Going for weigh in's once a week is enough to keep me motivated and its the one i did most well on! We have a little bit more money coming in now but that'll change in a month. I'll deal with it when it happens, I'm gonna give this a go whilst i have the chance
Going to the pharmacy tomorrow to start the ball rolling!

Did it last year in my area (Plymouth, devon) its not too bad, better than lighterlife but not as cheap as exante but I'm thinking actually physically going to weigh ins will make me think about what I'm doing a bit more. Did better on lipotrim than any other so we'll see!

Your lucky its €65 over here. i dont think you get exante over here. i need the threat of the scales to keep me going too
