I've decided to start slim and save tomorrow as my 'Christmas dress diet.'
I know a Saturday seems like an odd day to start a diet but Im avoiding the temptation of yet another 'last supper/blowout/treat' which will just set me back another 6lbs!
I'm going to follow the VLCD plan! I've followed a VLCD plan before on the Cambridge diet so I've got an idea of how it all works!
All those following Slim and Save : how are you finding it? and is it any different to any other VLCD diet?
Any advice would be gratefully received!
