Starting slimfast today

Hi,
I had a bit of a blip after some bad news - so after a 7 lb again I'm trying to get my head in order again! :break_diet:

So today i am trying the slimfast diet for the first time - I have just spent loads on the boots website as it has 20% off at the moment.
It's nice reading the posts, Fingerscrossed this will get me back on track:jelous:
