Hi Everyone,
I'm starting today, I lost 2 stone between August and December at home myself but was just kind of doing low carb, plenty of meat and veg, then I gave up ciggerettes after 28 years on the 1st of Dec, and obviously had Christmas and I went to Thailand for 2 weeks, So since then i've put on 6-7 lbs so not bad.
But I really want to do SW I think its def for me and my family, so will need all the help i can get here, esp with food diary,
