Step 1 Sole Source Starting SS again after week on Holiday!

So I did pretty well on SS. Lost 1 stone and a bit. I was thrilled! Then I had a holiday which had been booked before I started the diet. I went out with the intention of not going too overboard. But needless to say, that didn't last long. All you can eat buffet breakfast (eggs/bacon/toast/waffles/egg-custard tarts etc...), then pizza/pasta/steak etc for dinner. Red wine (copious amounts), cocktails etc etc. Chocolate...ice cream...

It was a good holiday. But needless to say, didn't do very well for my weight loss. Put on 6lbs.

So I got back this afternoon, I've had a meal tonight. And tomorrow, I am starting again! I'm hoping I'll be able to get through the tough first few days as I've done it before. But I have a feeling it's not going to be that easy!
