Starting SS+ tonight :)

Hi tonight after my 2WI im starting SS+ and really looking forward to it
I thought it will be a bit easier that way and it will help me to stick with my diet
Any advice for SS+ ??

Glad to hear you are enjoying it milena, i go to that phase of the program on my birthday, 20/11. <== I hope i did that right, from u.s. and used to doing it to other way round. November 20th. I can't wait to have lovely fish or chicken and green salad, i love salad!
