Starting SW on 4th Aug

Hi
I am starting SW at a group on 4th Aug (can't before as can't make an evening classes and am in Spain this weekend.)
Last year I followed it myself from home and did really well, lost 17lb in about 6 weeks but then Christmas came and I blew it.
I have decided to go to group this time with the hope that other members will help and encourage me to keep it going and not allow it to become a phase, and be an actual lifestyle change.
The annoying thing is, I know it works, I just have to stick to it!!!
Any advice / tips / words of wisdom will be very much appreciated.

HI Jo, same boat as you I rejoined today! Lost stone odd before Christmas and then fell off the cart in a big way now heavier than before. I do think there is merit when they say stay in group.. the reason I went wrong is that I stopped staying and would weigh and go, and then eventually stopped going. I'm trying a different group this time as also as the last group was very cliquey and felt a bit of a loner which prob didnt help me stay. Good luck hun :)
