Good luck for your first week - I really think you'll be surprised just how much you can eat on SW and still lose weight. I lost 5lb on my first week then on the second week lapsed and didn't eat enough - and it shows cos I put weight back on. This week, I'd done it to the letter and back on track.

Everyone here is so supportive so any questions, jump right in.

I've done CD and yes, in the short term it works, but long term...not good for you at all!

Hi Petrina. I've just moved from the cambridge diet to slimming world too. How you getting on? I'm scared about the gain. :)
