I've been on and off the cambridge diet for a couple weeks and I've now decided to come back to slimming world and finish off to goal. I am expecting a gain because I've been ssing this week. Here we go. I hope to be in the 9s for my birthday in November.
Good luck for your first week - I really think you'll be surprised just how much you can eat on SW and still lose weight. I lost 5lb on my first week then on the second week lapsed and didn't eat enough - and it shows cos I put weight back on. This week, I'd done it to the letter and back on track.
