This is my first time on any meal replacement diet. Monday is gonna be my first day. Anyone wants to join me :)
 
This is also my first experience of a meal replacement diet and it has been amazing. 6.5 stone gone already and the end is in sight!

OMG! That's awesome! You rock *thumbs up* . Are you Soul Source? Any tips and suggestions for maximum weight loss? I would be very grateful :)
 
I just literally stuck to it 100% and it had really worked. The first diet ever.

I've had a couple of wobbly weeks but am fully on it now for the last week.

I do ss+ the milk version. As I can't cope without coffee!

Drink loads of water / coffee if you like it. It definately helps. Hold your nerve for the first 4 days then it gets easier.

Hey, I have started today too on SS... thought being on here would distract and motivate at the same time...!!!! Bring on the weekend when we will be feeling better.. I hope!..

Hi caz can do it

First day was going well but towards the end I started getting a headache. Now I feel really slow and tired :$ maybe my difficult days have started early ..
 
Trying to distract myself also... The first day is so difficult, I have no idea how i would manage 12 weeks :$
 
Thank you. It's been hard work and there are times when you feel like you could weaken but then you get on the scales at the end of the week and its all worth it. It spurs you on to the next week!

Just get through the first 4 days then you will be fine! The headaches and tiredness are all normal.

It's so worth it!
