Starting to feel very weak and energyless :(

What diet are you doing, some diets, after 3 or 4 days you will feel rubbish because you go into Ketosis so it really depends on what diet your doing to if this is normal or not.

Definately make sure you eat all your allowed points in the day, cutting back because you think it'll give you a better weight loss wont work. It's the same on Slimming World, if you cut back you'll feel hungry, weak and it'll actually hold your weight loss back. Eat woman, eat! lol

Yeah weight watchers wont put u in ketosis.

Have you stopped drinking a lot of coffee or anything like that?

Just make sure your eating your daily points :)
